Unity Harbour is a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities through its Active Bystander Model, a framework that helps neighbors know one another, recognize when someone is struggling, and respond before small challenges become crises.
Together, the partnership creates something larger than housing.
SkyStone Vale provides the land and infrastructure.
Unity Harbour provides the community systems, resident support, volunteer coordination, education, and stewardship programs that transform neighborhoods into places of belonging.
