United Protest: A historic 24-hour livestream aiming to support the most nonprofits in protest histo

• 24 hours of nonstop livestreaming - Split up into an average of 3 hours. Using YouTube Live or TikTok Live.
   
• 24+ speakers, each taking 1 hour to share their truth — solo or as a team
   
• Each speaker chooses a nonprofit they care about to discuss during their time segment.
   
• 100% of profits go to the causes we believe in 

• Rotating hosts every 3 hours will guide the event, support each speaker, and keep the energy flowing
   
• Carmen works overnights and will be anchoring the late-night hours herself if no volunteers are available
   
• During the overnight stream, members of the public are welcome to join, speak briefly, and take the mic — creating a dynamic forum of voices and truth-sharing. We expect less participation in this timeframe but are eager for East coast members to join early morning.

 Several of Carmen Broesder’s (co-owner) large mutuals — including veterans and disabled advocates — have already confirmed they want to participate, and others are expressing interest. We’re building a diverse, powerful roster and there’s still space for more.

Most protests aren’t built for everyone.
So we’re building one that is.

This is a global, inclusive, accessible protest — for people who’ve been told to stay quiet, and are ready to speak.

Whether you speak, watch, donate, or share — your presence is part of the resistance.

This event is organized by SkyStone Vale LLC, and Carmen will be donating her speaker share to Unity Harbour — a nonprofit she founded to serve unhoused, disabled, LGBTQIA+, and marginalized people through shelter, abortion access, mobile services, and mutual aid.

 Organizing Entity:
This event is organized and facilitated by SkyStone Vale LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of Colorado. All livestream content, event coordination, and technical hosting are managed through SkyStone Vale. SkyStone Vale LLC is not a nonprofit organization and does not issue tax receipts.

Unity Harbour Affiliation Disclosure:
Unity Harbour is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and the selected donation recipient for Carmen Broesder’s 1-hour speaker slot. Carmen is the founder of Unity Harbour and co-owner of SkyStone Vale LLC. Both entities are working in collaboration on this event with full transparency regarding this affiliation. Donations to Unity Harbour may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Nonprofit Donations:
Each speaker in the United Protest event selects a nonprofit organization of their choice to receive any funds or visibility associated with their designated 1-hour segment. SkyStone Vale LLC does not collect, retain, or process donations for any nonprofit unless explicitly stated.

Donation links for each organization will be provided during the event and will remain available in the site footer via the “United Protest” hyperlink following the event for direct access. If Unity Harbour acts as a fiscal conduit for a specific speaker’s nonprofit, that will be clearly noted in the event schedule and/or that speaker’s segment description. Ideally, each nonprofit will have its own direct donation link to ensure transparency.

All donations are made at the donor’s discretion. SkyStone Vale LLC cannot guarantee tax-deductibility unless donations are made directly to verified 501(c)(3) organizations.

Platform Use & Third-Party Services:
United Protest will be streamed live through third-party platforms such as TikTok Live, YouTube Live, or others. Each host may choose the platform they prefer for their segment. SkyStone Vale LLC is not responsible for:

• Platform outages or technical failures
   
• Content moderation decisions made by these platforms
   
• Platform-specific limitations on features such as tipping, duet/stitch, or link-sharing

Participation, Conduct & Content Responsibility:
Each speaker and host is solely responsible for the views, content, and statements they share during their segment. All participants agree to adhere to our shared community guidelines, including but not limited to:

• No hate speech, harassment, misinformation, or discriminatory behavior
   
• No unlawful or inciting content
   
• No personal fundraising during the event outside of nonprofit promotion
   

SkyStone Vale LLC reserves the right to remove, mute, or cancel any segment or participant that violates these terms at its sole discretion.

Recording & Media Use:
All livestreams may be recorded, archived, and publicly shared across social media, websites, or other platforms to support nonprofit education and outreach.

Participants will collectively vote on the streaming platform used for the main event stream (if unified), requiring 70% approval to finalize the decision.

By participating, you grant permission for your likeness, voice, and content to be recorded and used in public-facing content without expectation of compensation. However, you may independently post on your own platform for compensation or monetization as allowed by the platform.

If you have privacy, security, or legal concerns, please contact the organizers prior to the event to request accommodations.

 We’ve submitted United Protest to Guinness World Records as a potential first-of-its-kind event. Whether it gets official recognition or not, this is a historic protest for the people — and you can be part of it . We wanted it to happen but it costs 16,000 , which is obviously not something we have right now.
